I had ordered a kit from Zumba Fitness. After I placed the order I noticed that I had to change the payment plan from one payment, to three payments instead. The total with S&H came to $105.80. I had called Zumba Fitness to change my payment plan, and the representative did so without any problem. A couple of days later I noticed that the original charge of $105.80 (1 payment) had actually posted to my bank account, and also another charge of $45.90 was pending. Keep in mind that I changed my payment plan from 1 to 3 payments instead. They were charging me twice for the same product! So, I called them back and they told me that I had to provide a copy of double billing to them, and I did so. After they’re supervisor look over my statement she said, “we only show one charge for that order number.” I was becoming angry over this at this point, and losing my patience. I also provided my debit card number, which she asked for, so she could do a check. Again, “we only show one charge for that order.” So I contacted my bank and they are going to dispute it if the refund does not post to my account. Word of advice if your ordering through this company-make sure you read what your buying and pay attention. Their customer service is horrible, and basically they have stolen my money and won’t give it back even though I provide them with proof. Beware!
