My phone service was abruptly disconnected and I could not understand why. When I finally got a hold of Karina and Kristy in Customer Service ( 36Hours later). Karina said that she was sorry but that Zoom decided to offer services from another cell phone communications provider. She tried to comfort me with a new sim card shipment but couldn’t tell me when, where or how the sim card was shipped. She went on to say that she would email me an account number so I could go and SPEND MORE money and have my exact number ported. I was very upset so I called my attorney this morning. We are going after all past payments made to Zoom and well as lost income – and we will be paid for all of their ill practices. Btw I still do not have an account number to port NOR do I have my new sim card. This company has scammed many.
