Complaint: I ordered a sugarcane peeler in February 08. They said they would ship it in four weeks. I mailed them a money order and received an invoice number from Zama. It is now July and I have not received my sugarcane peeler. I have made many phone calls and sent many emails but they do not respond. I have all documents, e-mails and invoice to prove my complaint.
