Yard Signs LLC. www.yardsignsco.com/ WARNING! Houston, Texas – I am writing this report to share with the world my experience with Yard Signs LLC, it’s staff and management. Our 100 signs were shipped defective, and we could not use them. I notified Yard Signs immediately upon receiving our order via phone and spoke with David Rivera. He assured me that he would take care of our issue and re-send my order corrected and wrote in an e-mail that I would receive it on “this coming Wednesday” (April 27th). At this point I was a little inconvenienced but was glad that David was going to get me the corrected order before my deadline. On May 3rd I had to contact Yard Signs because the signs had not arrived yet. I called, I emailed and I had NO response. Leaving voicemails are a waste of time because these guys seemed to be avoiding me. Once I finally made it through on the phone I asked for a Manager (who was not available) and so I got his email address and sent him the following email: “Hi Mike, I’m not sure how involved you were with this order that David has been helping me with, but my original order was shipped with no holes for our stakes. I informed David of this immediately after we received them and he responded April 22nd with the e-mail below and stated that we would have our signs that coming Wednesday (April 27th). Here we are May 4th, AND NO SIGNS… I emailed David yesterday MORNING asking for an update and have not receive so much as a phone call to assure me that the order is even in route. Can you please explain to me why we have not received them yet? Is there a tracking number for this order? Should I be taking things up with UPS or FEDEX? This has been a completely sour experience and my frustration stems from the fact that even though I placed my order with PLENTY of time before my deadline, I still DON’T HAVE THEM.” Mike did not email me back or call me back. I gave him a day and then called again on Friday May 6th. It was not until then when I actually spoke with Mike and he informed me that the order was NOT yet sent out!!!! He gave me no reason why & said that he would call me himself on Monday May 9th to confirm it went out as an overnight shipment and said he would give me the tracking number. Monday came and went, I called that afternoon, left another voicemail wanting answers. Upon coming into the office today, I was looking forward to a call or e-mail from Mike and was disappointed yet again. I have been calling all day today, got through once in the morning, was told that Mike left and to call back in 45 minutes. I did just that, but was getting their voice-mail every single time I called. So I called once more but this time I blocked my phone number from showing on the caller ID and THEY ANSWERED! Spoke with Jose and found out he was not back yet. So here I am on Tuesday May 10, and NO SIGNS. I expressed my frustration to Jose and have come to the conclusion that this is an establishment that is in serious need of new customer service representatives AND management. I WILL get my signs, THEY ARE ALREADY PAID FOR! But I WILL NOT use Yards Signs LLC. ever again. I suggest you don’t either so you can get your signs on time and save yourself the headache of having to hunt down help!!! Sooo Frustrating!
