Never received wand, no reply to emails – I ordered a wand at the beginning of November 2019 and have still not received it over 8 months later! | I have only received two emails from 'Magix' – one in January to say that my order has been lost, and one in March which was full of excuses about the long wait. I'm sorry, but if you can't provide the product to people within a reasonable time, then you shouldn't be taking people's money. | I've sent numerous other emails to the company but never get a reply. It only takes a minute to reply to an email. | I will now make sure that everyone knows about the terrible service of this company – it's bordering on a scam.
