Wildblue.com

I got direct TV and wanted internet. They had me bundle with Exede/Wildblue/ViaSat. I knew I had a contract with direct TV but not the internet. The Internet was 5 days late in setting up and the guy who put it in had me sign on his computer to pay. Anyway my son likes to game and he couldn’t nor could we watch net flicks without paying more. I discontinued there service and was told. That’s too bad it’s a 300 dollar disconnect fee! Plus 300 more if I don’t mail back the equipment. My son had to clime on the roof to get the main part!!!. I don’t feel I should have to pay for crappy service. I asked them to send me proof that I signed the contract and they said they can’t so do I have to pay???. I demand Just let me out of paying the 300.. I don’t recommend them

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid Wildblue.com in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Wildblue.com. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Wildblue.com is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
