Complaint: I posted a job on Elance to get bids for building a website, and after viewing a lot of portfolios and job histories I chose to have WebDev.Guru (TeamIntel) do the project. The total cost was going to be roughly $3500 USD, and it was supposed to take 3-4 weeks to complete. The project started off well, and progress was made fairly rapidly. I paid for a few portions of the project as they were finished, but I was holding onto a majority of the funds until the project was complete.
