Complaint: I had noticed a bill on my banking account from web.com. I called the company web.com over this bill after finding out that my debit card info had been stolen. The guy I spoke with in the fraud dept at web.com assured me that my bank account would be refunded. It seemed to have been refunded for a day. Today when I checked my account, I noticed that web.com had charged me AGAIN for a website that I had never owned. This company has also been calling me daily ever since I noticed the charge on my bank account. I have talked to them already. I will not talk to them again. My bank is fully aware of this fraud that was committed by a hacker. The guy at web.com told me that a site had been created using my card. After I started digging, I found some interesting stuff out that I intend on passing on to the proper authorites!
