Warrantech Grotesque customer service for warranty claims Bedford, Texas – It amazes me that this company is in business. After my LG fridge blew a fuse, I initiated my claim with warrantech. First issue was the part, warrantech sent the service center a shipping notice for a part that did not ship. After spending an hour on the phone with the Customer Service Department, they informed me that the part was actually on back order. I did not accept this answer, and had them outsource the part so it could arrive at my service company in a timely manner. On wednesday4/20/11, they left a message on my phone stating that they did find a part, and it would be shipped overnight. I called on 45/21 to learn that the part was not sent overnight. Again I called warrantech, and found out that for some reason a part the size of a computer board could not be shipped overnight( This was after the fact for some unknown reason: cosmic error perhaps!). My fridge has been down for two weeks, and apparently every time you call warrantech, you get a different answer. This company lied to me and is a disorganized mess. Do NOT do business with these pieces of human excrement, they will LIE to your face!!!
