Warehouse Service Center

Warehouse Service Center, Inc. IDCServco Business Services Toner Scam Escondido, California – Company calls to sell you a toner that they should have called you about last month because the price went up, but they will sell you some right now at the previous price. Brian tried to sell a case of 10 at the “reduced” price of $349, because it had gone up to over $600 dollars. I called the company who services our copy machine and they sell the toner for $86.50. Brian then refuses to give a call back number or the real name of the company he works for. He is also the highest person that anyone can talk to. No one is above him, he IS located in the corporate office and the owner of the company “doesn’t take calls”. When calling the number on the invoice, I get a woman who claims that a Brian doesn’t work there, they are just a 3rd party billing company, but she would be glad to get me the phone number for the company who the order was placed with. When calling that number, only get a recording to leave a number for a call back. No one calls back. Please beware that this is a SCAM and that your copy company is more than willing to help you find toner at a resonable price.
