Vivid Skin Cream

False advertising. Only ordered sample but was signed up for continuing shipments.

My Complaint: Only ordered sample and approved shipping for this trial sample. I received an eye product I had not ordered with sample and then was charged for a follow-up order without my consent. There was nothing in the ad that said this was a continuing order and I would be charged monthly for something I hadn’t even tried. Money was taken out of my bank account without my approval and there was no information on the packing slip of where to discuss getting this stopped. I will be getting a new bank card to stop them from withdrawing money. These people should be stopped from false advertising and adding on products (and charging for them) that I didn’t want or order. Product is watery and doesn’t work so I want to send it back but WHERE??? Angry.

My Demand: I want 100% of my money refunded and all of my information taken off of their lists. No more withdrawals ever and no more product–ever!
