Complaint: I ordered a tanning lamp from website after several months of severe cystic acne due to PCOS. Someone recommend I try a facial tanner and because I do not have the option to drive to an actual salon, I thought this would be good. I placed my order on the 13th of February and saw the charge taken, plus received my confirmation email with the billing information. I waited for several horrible days, ashamed of my face and praying this would help. Nothing ever came. I then called Verseo customer service and waited on the phone line almost 20 minutes before giving up and leaving a message for an “agent”” to call me back. Another week passed

Website: why wasn’t I sent an email or a customer service rep call me? She didn’t care any about my inconvenience or the fact that it had been several weeks with no updates. She refused to expedite my shipping and get me the product

Phone: this was a different customer service number (that should have been a red flag if they have different numbers listed on different pages on the web). After waiting nearly 15 minutes
