Complaint: For 3 years I got by on less than 2 gigs of data a month, I traveled for 2 months and since I don’t always have wifi I kept upping my data plan, from 6 gigs all the way to 12 gigs!! I got back home doing my exact same routine as before when I had my 2 gig plan. This time I got a notice saying I had used 50% of data on my 2nd day of billing cycle!! I called to see whats going on, and they said to turn of my mobile data usage, when using WiFicause maybe my phone didn’t use the wifi, so I turned mobile data off, one week into my plan and im at 90% of usage. I checked which apps used up data and it says it’s the GPS, GPS does not use that much!! Even after adding up all the apps data usage it did not even add up to half of what they claim I had used.
