Complaint: I have spoken with Verizon 3 times in the past 3 weeks about data overages on my MiFi hotspot. We are experiencing the same issues that I am reading about here. We have a 5 GB plan just for the hotspot and have never come close to that amount in the last 6 years! All of a sudden we are going over, but our usage hasn’t changed. There are 2 people in the house myself (60 year old female) and my 56 year old roommate. We rarely use the computer because we have unlimited data on both our phones. If there is a class action in the works, please let us know.
