Complaint: i have several accounts on vegas world have played there for about three years.At first the games are SET to give you bonuses and win quite regularly. then it seems and others will attest that After they shut down for updates the games dont work like before and wont pay out like before.i won a jackpot on livemama of 330,000.00ml and the window came up telling everyone i had won a top jackpot but it didnt total on my dashboard,i went to click the HELP button but it would just open another game window i tried on my other account and the window came up for forums and i made my complaint about jackpot and help window yet when they answer they ALWAYS put the blame on you or your system. i always play on same computer for all accounts so its the way they have it set.They rip you off when trying to gain the FREE they claim is availableyet when you complain they push the blame to the vender ,u complain to vender and nothing is done like trialpay and revenue universe. you click THEYRE button they put on the page and it always screws u out of the gaming gems but they get their cut from u going to that vender through them. WE ARE USED and feel they have purposefully rigged this game to get u then get u to think it will remedy and the normal wins will reset BUT NEVER DO>the last 3-6 months its gotten so bad its the top complaint yet they wont fix or refund all the money u pay to be VIP or ELITE and then for gems to play.ITS A BIG SCAM and WE the players want someone to look into theyre operating practices. I feel so stuck and taken
