University of Miami Law School, Miami Florida Miami Florida

Complaint: The law school at the University of Miami in Miami Florida is a breeding ground for turning out shyster lawyers who will resort to any means of dirty tactics, fraud and threats to take money under false pretenses. I have hired at least 15 lawyers all of whom graduated from the University of Miami and there is a recurring theme and pattern with each lawyer. They will verbally make any promise to get your business and assure you they can resolve your matter quickly. After you sign a retainer agreement with them and pay them an astronomical sum based on their assurance of performance, it becomes almost impossible to reach them. Their meter keeps ticking everytime you make a call to them or send them an email although they don’t return your communication. This is for the purpose that they can schedule conference calls and meetings to charge you for rehashing the issues you have already discussed. They go about creating documents for issues they create and typically fail to serve lawsuits on the other side because the opposing attorney is their buddy from law school. They are working behind your back to collude with the other side to sabotage you in every way possible. Each time you speak to them, it is a rehash of your case because they pretend they donu2019t understand your matter so you go in circles while they bill you for the same things over and over. These bills are strictly for communication between you and the lawyer u2013 they are rarely for progress on the case. As to the documents they create and bill you for, they are mostly documents they orchestrate for issues that donu2019t exist. The lawyers in Miami are part of a culture of corruption. They all know each other and work together to manipulate, sabotage and betray their clients to extort fees. Once you realize months or years later that you are paying a shyster lawyer, you have become far more entrenched in issues that they have created and you are in a far worse position than when you started. When you finally fire them, they have set you up for their next crony lawyer to empty your bank account. The University of Miami breeds these fraudsters. Expose the corrupt and unethical practices of this law school and boycott lawyers who attended this school. Make their contributors aware of their practice of breeding lawyers who take your money under false pretenses u2013 they are engaged in theft of services. Warn the public about the deceptive pattern and practices of University of Miami
