We purchased from Tim Young, United Senior Association Benefits, a $4,000 policy giving us a reduction in dental, vision and hearing aid prices. Were not able to contact Tim’s office to get authorization for dental benefits. Went to dental office authorized by USAB and have only gotten one payment because we ran into Tim at a presentation in Arizona and cornered him. To date have not gotten any more reimbursements and was told by Mike Carlton that one was going to be deposited on March 31st and one on April 4th. To date those two have not been deposited. Through their phone system we have not been able to contact anyone – when asking for a person we get a “_______ is unavailable”. Would like to get our $4,000 back.
