Lying to consumers about DRm on their game "From Dust" – It was explicitly stated on their website that the game "From Dust" would require a one time only online activation. Upon release it was discovered that the DRM required an always active internet connection. | Ubisoft then deleted all references to its earlier statement in media it controlled and has not commented on the many screen shoots from its forums that show a promise of no always online DRM in "from Dust" from one of the official spokespersons. | Despite all this Ubisoft is still denying some customers refunds.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid Ubisoft in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Ubisoft. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Ubisoft is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
