Complaint: I am a Brand Ambassador who was scheduled to work a three day event with this company. This was the worst promotional experience of my entire BA career.The morning of the event, when I was ready to depart, I received a voice mail from the staffing agent, Cindy, stating that I am no longer booked for the event as my paperwork has not been received. They sent me paperwork to complete, which I faxed back to them WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. She also stated that Triple Play sent me numerous e-mails and called me numerous times, receiving no response from me. I never received any e-mails or phone calls, otherwise I would have responded immediately. I am highly punctual and organized and take correspondence very seriously. Through no fault of mine, I was taken off the event, and not given a fair chance as I called the event manager to explain the situation. I was treated rudely and Cindy hurried to hang up as I was addressing the situation. This company has been horrible and I would not advise other Brand Ambassadors to work for them unless they receive direct correspondence from the event manager stating that their paperwork has been received. I could have booked other work for those days, but I was loyal to my commitment with this company. They were highly dismissive and unprofessional and this is not how a company should treat their Brand Ambassadors.
