Trileum Huntington Beach California

Complaint: On 9/30/2014 I transacted a $2,000 deal with Trileum. They said they would develop and build my website and mobile applications for my business. On 10/1/2014 I had not heard from anyone and all phones were off. Eventually from a Skype call I heard from the project manager saying he would do work on the project soon. However at that point in time it felt like a scam and upon further research into the company I discovered that they posted work in their portfolio section of their website, that they actually didn’t do. I called one client by the business name TUN listed, and spoke with them and he mentioned he had never heard of Trilieum. After hearing that I initiated a cancellation, as per the contract, with Trileum on 10/1/2014, The project manager gave me a run around about the billing manager not being there, to which I made a comment, “A manager isn’t there at 2:35pm PST on a Wednesday afternoon?”” Which my project manager Josh Matthews made no remark. On 10/2/2014 I get a call from the project manager who links me to the supposed Billing Manager (Luke). He argued with me back and forth and tried to save the project but I mentioned very clearly that I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. However he was unwilling to help and work with me. We went back and forth for 15 minutes and which ended with me asking if he would cancel and refund to which he replied nothing. I then mentioned I would have to take them to small claims court to receive my refund. They are not a legitimate company
