It has been close to 90 days since placing two orders for the protein supplement product. I have had several conversations via email and phone concerning the status of the order and have been repeatedly told that the distribution company that handles their shipping is the problem. I was also told that beginning in March, the company would be using Amazon to process their shipping. This is now March 24th and still no receipt of order, nor have I gotten any response from the company concerning tracking, date of shipment. I can only conclude that whatever I have been told is simply not true. The website now has an expired security certificate and is no longer accessible from the Internet. In addition, Google shopping cart is no longer accepting processing for this business. I can only conclude that the comments left by other customers, while positive, fall into a pattern similar to a ponzi scheme, where some people eventually get their product while others don’t. No matter how “good” a product claims to be, non-shipment is clearly unacceptable.
