Money scam and identity theft

My Complaint: This is very embarrassing I was in this website and connected with this man name Tom Hanks, that lives in Texas, he claim to be an engineer sounded sincere and very educated, but as we corresponded he travel for work and had some trouble were I helped sending 200.00 and it hurts to find the trust was false he was scamming me I don’t want this smooth talker to scam anyone else. the numbers I was talking to him on is 903-625-9496 he also has another 430-558-8344 I will add the info I also think he has an accomplices

My Demand: charge with fraud and scam or anythig to stop him and retune money
