Thrifty Computer

Thrifty Computer No product, no refund Miami, Florida – Almost two weeks ago (4/13/11), I purchased some Jabra BT8010 stereo bluetooth headphones. A few days after the purchase (4/18/11), I received a phone call that they did not offer this (they left me a voice mail). I tried to call them three times last week (once on 4/18 and twice on 4/22) and left them messages every time… NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. And, I have not been issue a refund. While I acknowledge they were out early in the week to celebrate Passover, that doesn’t explain the rest of the week! How much worse customer service could you have!? As soon as they couldn’t fulfill the order, they should have issued a refund!

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid Thrifty Computer in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Thrifty Computer. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Thrifty Computer is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
