Complaint: New Egg and Think Green PC will not repair/replace the laptop I purchased. I returned my laptop January 2016. I purchased the laptop from Think Green PC through the New Egg website December 12, 2014. I also purchased a 2 year extended replacement plan at the time I purchased the laptop. The laptop would not boot up so I contacted the extended replacement company & shipped the laptop to them late January 2016 & UPS tracking shows they received it several days later. The extended replacement company has never responded to my emails requesting the status of my laptop. I did have one rep from New Egg try to help me, but after I emailed him a copy of the UPS shipping receipt, he will not respond to any more of my emails. I have emailed New Egg’s & Think Green PC’s online customer service, yet neither has responded to my emails. Between New Egg, Think Green PC & the extended replacement plan company, I have paid them $700 for the laptop & extended warranty. The extended replacement company has my laptop and won’t respond to me. New Egg & Think Green PC have not been any help to me trying to repair or replace the laptop. I am out $700 and they have my laptop.
