Complaint: On June 1st, 2012. I looked online to find lunch specials and I ran across The Ambassador’s website. Since it is just down the street and the price was right I said ok, lets do it. I called an placed my order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. As I am getting ready to sign my receipt I notice the price was higher then on the website. I mentioned it to the bartender and she said oh yeah, I’ve been trying to get him to change that for a long time. I said well if you know the prices are conflicting, then I should be charged the price that prompted me to purchase. She refused and I decided not to argue any further. I have saved a link to the website with pricing and have also saved my receipt.
