Complaint: went to kennesaw ga. for my granddaughter communication exercise.from the university of kennesaw state tgi friday is where she wanted to go for dinner. when it was time to be seated. every thing was ok.that was when i asked do they give millitary discount. was told they do. when i looked at the bill.$150.46. i asked what happen to my discount. was told by the server. the manager said she was not going to give me a discount. so i ask , to speak to her , did’nt know her name. she would’nt come to the table. so i, said thats ok. i know what to do. some one told me about you all who is in the millitary. my husband passed away one year ago this pass jan.it from being in the war. and all i ask for was a discount. even told the sesver she could see my card. do’nt know what was wrong with her that day. the table next to me got a discount. i could hear every one at the table asking the person who paying. how much they owed the person who paid the bill. and the server even ask if they need change. so why i could’nt get my’s. will never go back in a tgi friday again.that was my frist and last time there. some thing need to be done about her . sorry i don’t know her name. but did give the time and table we was at.server was the best. can’t say any thing bad about her.
