Complaint: Staff refused to accept fault for undercooked food, and following my wifes’ recent sickness refused a full refund.DATE: 3/20/2010TIME: 6:36 PMSERVER: RALIORDER: 108801TABLE: 40I feel that the sheer rudeness and poor quality of the food is a cause for alarm. Upon our arrival the hostess didn’t take notice of our presence until I asked for assistance. Our waitress was less than friendly as she proceeded to take our order without offering us a drink or appetizers. My wife had ordered a cheeseburger. While eating she noticed the center was a cold pink. After bringing this matter to the managers’ attention he gave us a partial refund and told her they always fix their burgers this way. My meal was nothing more than mediocre. This morning my wife fell ill at work, complaining of convulsions and running a fever. After reporting this matter to the restaurant, they refused to accept any fault and were extremely rude. I find the matter very coincidental. All I ask was a full refund of my meal and, they refuse to step up to the plate and respect the customer. I feel their mottos are Quantity over Quality and Customer No Service.
