I should have known after my initial phone call to this company that it was going to be a bad experience. The customer service agent was rude and unable to answer any of my questions. I decided to book an appointment anyway as I was desperate to get my machine fixed. I was told to expect a technician between a two hour span the next day. I got a phone call right at the end of my window from a customer service representative who wanted to know how my experience went (this sounded somewhat promising, actually). I told her they hadn’t arrived yet and she said they should be there soon, but to call her back if no one showed up. About an hour after my window had expired, I called up to speak with this same representative. She seemed very non-chalant and not at all concerned about the fact that no one showed up. She told me I could either reschedule or cancel, without any sort of apology or explanation what so ever. I told her I would rather her let me know why the technician didn’t show up and she told me she’d call me back. I then called what I thought was a local number to see if I could get more of a response from someone and got the same office that the first customer service representative was in. I was promised another call back and did get an apology from the second perosn I spoke with. Neither of them bothered to call me back, and a follow up email I sent also received no response. This company provided me with zero customer service and I’m throughly disappointed with my experience. Stay away!
