Complaint: I told them that their previous fees were for everything including hacking, viruses, worms, etc, but they said I had to pay extra for security. This was clearly a new add on scam. I asked to speak with their manager or whomever had discretionary powers to waive additional fees but they refused. They sound apologetic and polite initially but they are crooks, and not very competent.
