Complaint: I co-signed a college loan for my daughter and because of medical issues she was un able to finish her last year. Needless to say it went into collection at Sunrise credit services. I have tried working with them on this, I sent a large amount of money like they requested after they threatened to take my home or anything else I might own. They said that they would put me on a monthly billing plan and I agreed to it, it was suppose to start the beginning of December 2018, but I didn’t receive anything. I tried contacting the person I set this agreement up with three different times and I kept getting excuses about her not being available. Now last week they contacted me and said that I was at default and that the agreement was no longer in effect. I tried to explain that I didn’t receive the billing statement in December that was agreed upon and that I tried to reach her multiple times, they were rude and said it was too late and they would have to get ahold of the company they worked for. So now I have no idea what is going to happen to me. They haven’t contacted me since, and I don’t know what I should do!
