Steve Beckwith Scam

Steve Beckwith and his partner Bobbie Kaye, set up a FOREX investment group and solicited money from investors. They used phone and referral sources to gather the investors. They were fooled into believing that they had experience and a track record of high returns. Emailing bogus statements and discriptions of their investing. With the protection of principal as the foundation of their pitch !!!!They lost 100% or $500,000 of the investors money.Steve Beckwith also tried to solicit money for Private Placements, using Foreign Banks and non registered principals. He has broken every Securities law that exists.HOW IS IT THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE TO SCAM PEOPLE AND NOT RECEIVE ANYLEGAL REPERCUSSION
