Complaint: Tony came to my house with his truck and convinced me to buy several boxes of frozen meat. I bought: 2.75 lbs Tbones; 4 lbs sausage; 2.25 lbs ribeyes; 2.5 lbs NY strips; 5 lbs. chopped steak; 2.16 lbs boneless beef filets; 2 lbs peppercorn beef They were all frozen and sealed in boxes and had the USDA seal on them. I asked him if they were all beef and he said they were. On closer inspection – after he left – I saw that the steaks were “up to 15%”” solution of salt and spices. He charged me $189 + tax for all of that meat and it came to $202.23. I wrote a personal check and he did not provide me with a receipt. About an hour after he left
