Complaint: This faceless firm stole my $18 via a POS transaction after I requested a refund of a bad service. I wasn’t happy with their service and I requested a refund, they initially credited my card via the normal online purchase I used in paying but later went on to use my card details for a POS purchase. I sent them my bank statement and they claim not to know anything about the transaction which have their firm name fully written in the statement. They are fraud and into theft, do not use your card with them for any reason, else they will steal from you.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Spikko Other. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
