Complaint: Stopped by the sonic in Old Hickory like many times before except this time I waited 15 minutes for food, but they gave me a coupon so ok. I drove off checking my order and realized a milkshake was gone, so I turned around and went back and picked it up, no problem it happens. Got home 15 minutes later to find no Chicken sandwich. I spent $27 on a meal from Sonic and then drove 15 minutes home to find no sandwich! I called the manager to let him know because I was mad, anyone would be! He said he was sorry and asked for my name, I said “Im not coming back up there!”” He said Well

I will make sure that everyone I come in contact me knows that the Sonic in Old Hickory obviously doesn’t care for its customers!
