Complaint: I have been a customer of skybeam for many years. I started with what-wire back in 2007. Then skybeam aquired what-wire in 2010. The first issue was wen they took over they started charging me an equiptment lease fee. Now when I started with what-wire I had to buy my equiptment. In June 2014, which I was not aware of until May of 2015 that my service changed from unlimited data or(untracked data useage). In February of 2015 they say I had $16 in overages that I did not get billed for till May, I also had $54 of overages in March 2015 which was not billed tell May also. How can a company feel good about treating a longtime customer like this? The way I see it Customers That remain loyal to a company through multiple changes lost in the system and just become a number.
