Complaint: Had I seen the Ripoff Scamss first I would of not bought their Auction Theme. We investigated many companies putting out auction software and Sitemile’s came across as the best. That was our first mistake, falling for his false advertisement of his products. As other Ripoff Scamss mention, these guys don’t reply in 15-20 minutes, it is more like, 5-6 hours later. The responses are so vague and misleading that the only choice it seems that is viable is to pay them to do it. And that’s what it is all about. That entire website is false, there is no assistance and any changes you want to make to the theme requires expertise in writing code. They are very helpful at first, before you buy and then you find out everything is a lie. The auction theme is terribly written and put together. You will need to make many changes because it is totally inadequate and requires more, much more work which they want to charge you for. The responses given during our inquiry sounded very promising, after purchase however, you begin to see that you were taken and that all has been misleading. The only good news is that there is a class action suit starting up and we will definitely be part of it. Please don’t fall for this guy’s hype, his site is very convincing. Go to the forum and view all the responses given to people, before purchase. I wish I too woulld of done that. I lost a good deal of time and money trying to save this investment, I should of just walked away once I knew I had been cheated. If you need evidence please make contact and I will send you email transcripts both prior to purchase and after, you will quickly see the difference. We now have some input from former employee as well which is pretty damming.
