Complaint: I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Note mobile device from Sinocom — China original smartphone which is a seller/store on AliExpress. I paid for my order on 26 May 2015, a total of around $529. I kept chasing them and asked for a shipment date and was only told that my order was shipped already. After 5 weeks I get told a story that my parcel was returned from customs and when I asked them to reship my order I was told that they don’t have stock. I then canceled my order and haven’t gotten my refund. I’m still waiting for my money.
