Complaint: Signpost called me and somehow convinced me to use their service, so I entered into a 3 month agreement with them. When I started working with them I realized that I did not like their approach at all because what they wanted me to do really felt both deceitful and like spamming my customers with emails that I felt my customers did not want. Then, after the contract expired they refused to end the contract even though I had asked them to and I eventually had to tell my bank to block all charges from them. My advice is to stay far away from this company. Their aggressive and deceitful tactics will annoy your customers and you are far better off channeling those funds into real and honest interactions with your customers.
