Complaint: I was charged for transaction fees in the amount of $4,400 for orders that were placed but never fulfilled or completed. I am being told that I will never get a refund for this amount since it’s their policy. On their website their pricing strucuture is very misleading, making customers believe that they will pay one low flat monthly service fee but once you get charged their additional hidden fees there is no way to get them back. Their overall support service is very helpful and they answer the phone 24 hours so that’s a huge plus. But when it comes to billing, you will be transferred multiple times and no one can give you a definite answer. I was told once that I will receive a credit since it’s my first month and mistakes can be made. The second person confirmed that I should receive a credit as well but that I still need to speak to a billing associate. The billing associate took his time with his reply and never assisted me with this issue, pointing out that the terms and services are stated on their website but very well hidden in the terms and services. He has been no help at all still sending me links to their terms which are very well hidden and not clear at all. When I sent him screenshots of the deceiving and misleading pricing on their website, he even agreed but still replied with a link to their terms and services. We are a start up company that is now out $4,400 in operating money and apparently will not get a refund! Let this be a lesson that these guys are out for your money and don’t care about the customer!
