Complaint: Shipt deactivated her account after 3 weeks of being a newbie. I had improved week by week on my stats. I even asked for ways to improve and assistance from Shipt Support (Reid, Rebecca, Gabe, and Hunter) and I sent emails to Shopper Success on feedback and assistance on any improvements. Rebecca sent ONE email stating I couldnu2019t do promos because I wasnu2019t on the schedule but that was not true. She said she would file it. Nothing else came of it and out of the blue with NO warning or suspension or nothing a nasty email from Seth at Shopper Success I am deactivated and Shipt did not want me to reapply. I asked at least an explanation and they did not and refused to give one. What cowards!!!!!This is such HATE EMAIL and I know it was racial profiling or personal prejudice. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SHIPT! They are EVIL UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. NEVER TRUST SHIPT NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY COME OFF.
