Complaint: The company is running a scam of not reporting that cards had additional time-dependent fees in addition to the price of purchase. This information is not present on the pricing page, but it was described after our complaint. It was also available in the agreement in small-font. We used these cards to reimburse our volunteers participating in the rehabilitation study lasting several years. We were not aware of these time-dependent fees until volunteers reported the missing funds. This company is very questionable and not very moral in their service. Please, be warned.
