Company cold called, promised $25-50 dollar gas cards for trying services (not fully explained). Never received gas cards but the monthly $24.95 fees sure started. Called to report fraudulent charges (CitiAMEX), options 1) Can call company 3 way call in an attempt to dispute and obtain credits back to Amex Card, or 2) Cancel Card and have it reissued w/ new number to keep company from any further charges. Unfortunately we did not "see" unauthorized charges till 4 months had passed (family illnesses, did not pay sufficient attention). We’ll see what AMEX does Monday 7 FEB and I will issue a follow-up report on what if anything is done.
