Trying to cancel by order

My Complaint: I have no way to contact Selectbestprice.com to let them know that I want to cancel my order and put my money back on my card. I emailed them it says I can cancel my order within 24 hours. I don’t want it to exceed the time limit then they tell me it’s to late. My order confirm order is SJ20141220053517. I don’t mean no harm to their website/business I just want my money back. Thank you
