Complaint: This online service provides pdf files for a monthly fee. It offers a free trial period, with access to your PayPal account so it start charging after that month if you fail to cancel the service. I signed up to read a file and try it out, decided I really wasn’t going to use the service, and cancelled it before the month was up. I thrn receive a notice that the fee had been deducted from my account. I immediately emailed their support address to explain I had already cancelled, wasn’t using the service, and asked thrm to refund the money. I was forwarned it could take a few days to respond. I wait3d, and there was no response. I forwarded the previous message, after a week I forwarded it to all the emails they provided when phone failed. See, they don’t list a number at all on their website, but I found two with a simple search. One is a prerecorded message saying they don’t offer support over the phone, and telling me not to leave a voicemail. The other number is just an ear splitting shriek. I went back to the website and cancelled the subscription, I find out in a few weeks if they honoured this. I have continued to forward my original messages to all their emails and perhaps someone will notice, and I will write their postal address. I have also informed them I will report them to any site I can find which deals with scams. Other than that, I have no idea how to get my money back or guarantee they won’t take more. It feels like bashing my head against a wall.
