Complaint: I signed up for a 1 month free trial of Saveology dining. I cancelled before the trial ended and was given a cancellation number. The representative also told me I would receive an email confirming the cancellation. However I never received an email so I called the company back twice. Both times the represtatives confirmed my cancellation number and informed me that my account was cancelled. They also told me I wouldn’t be charged for anything. However my account was charged the membership fee. I called the company and the representative told me the cancellation number I had was actually a claim number. They told me my account had never been cancelled, nor did they have any documentation of me ever cancelling. They refused to give me a refund at first. However the representative then told me she would cancel my account and send an escallation email and guaranteed me a refund. She told me I would receive a refund in 3 days, and to call back if I didn’t see the refund in my account. Well after 4 days there was no refund, so I called the company back. The representative I spoke to informed me that no refund request had been sent.. Also I found out that my conversation again hadn’t been documented on their side. But the representative said they would send the escalation up with no guarantee of a refund. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! Everyone I talked to was very dishonest!! I called my bank and filled the transaction as a fraudelement claim, as I didn’t authorize Saveology to take money. I will receive my money back from my bank and Saveology will have to deal directly with my bank. Beware of this company!!
