Complaint: When the first charge appeared on my credit card statement I contacted Saveology on their website using the electronic means they provided to contact them. The same day I received an email acknowledging my email. Saveology’s email stated they would address my concern and included a report/incident number. That is all the response I received from Saveology. I informed the company on five separate occasions that the person who opened this account had died, that Saveology’s discount dining service had never been used and would never be used. I asked Saveology to stop billing my credit card and end my dead husband’s account with them. The first credit card charge was April 2014. Saveology again billed my credit card in May and June of 2014. Saveology completely ignored my request and complaints, all five times! I have notified my credit card company that I will not pay the Saveology charges. I will continue to try to get Saveology to correct their arrogant practices.
