Complaint: Satish Gaire sent me a promotion for a chatbot he developed called Bullet Response. The chatbot was designed to be used on Facebook. However, before it can be placed on Facebook, Facebook must give approval. I followed the directions precisely, and I submitted the specified material to Facebook for approval. In each case I was denied. I wrote to Satish’s email address, and I contacted him via Facebook, and I submitted multiple tickets to his customer service site, all to no avail. Every request to provide assistance in getting approval was completely ignored by Satish Gaire and his company. He assured customers that getting approval was Facebook was “no problem.”” He also said we could write to customer service and get helps within 48 hours. Both statements are false! I was ripped off for $106!”
