My wife took her ring in for cleaning and a loose stone mount repair. They sent it in of course to have this done. A week later my wife went down to get it and they said it and 14 other peoples items had been lost! They would not give any package tracking info to us or any other that were there. This seemed odd to us. This was on a Friday, and they said on Monday they would start replacing lost rings etc.. so almost a month has gone by and still no replacement! They offered one replacement stone of less quality and lower price than her lost ring, which my wife promptly declined. Now they just keep saying that other diamonds will be coming in. Corporate office is just as bad. They only believe the rude and dishonest manager at this store…her name by the way is Casey. While we wait for a conclusion I thought I’d post this for others. BEWARE of Samuels! DO NOT SHOP THER! They are con artists. I really believe they are committing Insurance Fraud!
