Complaint: I have a SAMSUNG cumputer for about 4 years, and my computer it was working fine, until the windows 10 stop to work. I called SAMSUNG, costumer service and a lady, told me that it was a very easy task to fix my computer. She guide me step by step to fix it and she just restaured my computer as a new one. I lost everything that it was in my computer. And she just was telling me Im sorry, not can do about it. After a tone of call one lady even oferred me a insurance contract for a year for $15.00 per month for 12 months, so she can try to help me. What should I do?
