Took my money but never sent item!

My Complaint: Ordered a white mountain ice cream maker from this site on December 8. Supposed to be a Christmas present but after many emails and no answer from the site i finally opened a dispute in paypal. I hope i get my money back. These people will rip you off. Stay away!
